Installing ETRACS Client

The E-TRACS Client program is Java-based application running on the Rameses Client Platform. The client can easily be downloaded from the E-TRACS Server. It also requires the Java version 1.6 Platform installed on the client computer.

1. To install the E-TRACS Client, double-click on etracs25-client-setup.exe.

2. Click Next on the installation wizard initial screen.

3. Select I accept the agreement and then click Next.

4. Enter the server IP Address on the Host field and then click Next.

5. The c:\temp directory is the default destination location. To change, click on Browse and select the new folder location and then click Next.

6. Accept the default Start Menu folder location and then click Next.

7. Click Install on the Ready to Install screen to start the installation process. Do not close any screen opened by the installer. Wait until the installation is complete.

8. Click Finish to close the installation wizard screen.
